The consumer version of the Your Heart Forecast tool, as used within the KnowYourNumbers.co.nz website, is intended for personal use by people who want to check their own heart health.
If you would like access to Your Heart Forecast for any other purpose, please make contact with Enigma, our Software development partner, to discuss purchasing a suitable license.
If you operate within NZ’s Primary Care (within a GP practice) then please read this page for more information, you do not need to purchase a license, however you will need to register for free of charge access to the clinical version of this tool
